20 minutes on the phone. We ask what you're trying to do, what your timeline looks like, and what you've been told it'll cost. No estimating yet — we're qualifying fit on both sides.
We come to the property. Look at conditions, take measurements, photograph existing systems. Usually 60–90 minutes. We tell you on-site what we're seeing and what's likely a real problem versus what isn't.
Within 7 days you get a written scope and estimate. Line items, not lump sums. Allowances called out where finishes aren't selected yet. Honest contingency, not padded margin.
Once you accept, we sign a contract with a milestone schedule and payment draws tied to completion, not calendar. You know what triggers each draw before you sign.
We file permits, coordinate with engineers when structural work is involved, and notify neighbors when township rules require it. We don't start swinging until everything's filed and approved.
Crews on site. Weekly written progress updates with photos, schedule status, and any decisions you need to make. Change orders are written and signed before work happens — never after.
Final walkthrough together. We write the punch list with you in the room. Standard punch closes in 5 business days. One-year workmanship warranty on everything we built.
