Prosperity Construction & Development is the construction arm of Prosperity Industries. We built it the way we wished GCs had been built when we were on the owner side: clear scopes, real schedules, and people who pick up the phone.
We've been on properties since 2013 — first as owners and investors, then as the team running the renovations on our own buildings, and now as a general contractor for outside owners and investors across PA and NJ. The company exists because the GC experience most owners get is bad: vague estimates, missed dates, change orders written after the fact, ghosting on punch lists. We don't run that way and we don't tolerate it from our crews.
